Airport: up to 40 km uses the first rate; 40-60 km uses the second rate; 60-80 km uses the third rate. Local: only 4h/40km and 8h/80km packages are available. Outstation minimum billing is 300 km per day. Toll, parking and interstate permit charges are actual.
